For intricate designs or specialized removals, additional charges may apply based on the complexity and time
required.
• Please arrive on time. To ensure each guest’s privacy and our preparation, please arrive no more than 5
minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a cancellation, and the full fee (100%) will be charged.
• Cancellations made on the day of or the day before the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled
service fee.
• Any appointment changes made on the same day will incur a 50% administrative fee.
