Punctuality & Quality

  • • Please arrive on time. To ensure each guest’s privacy and our preparation, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

    • Arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a cancellation, and the full fee (100%) will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

  • • All bookings are final: Once your appointment is confirmed, we do not accept any cancellations, date/time changes, or adjustments to your scheduled services.

    • Non-refundable: Please note that all payments and bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

    • No-shows: In the event of a cancellation or a no-show, 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
