STELLA NAIL GINZA is a private, one-on-one, English-friendly nail salon in Ginza, Tokyo. Here are answers to the questions guests ask most often.
Do I need a reservation?
Booking in advance is recommended. STELLA NAIL GINZA is run by one nail artist, so every appointment is private and one-on-one. Same-day and last-minute appointments are welcome, subject to availability. Walk-ins are welcome only when a seat is available. Availability and irregular closures are shown on our online booking page, which is entirely in English.
Is service available in English?
Yes. Booking, consultation and your service are all available in English from start to finish.
Is tipping expected?
Tipping is never required, but it is always warmly appreciated.
How can I pay?
Reservations are prepaid in full by credit card at the time of booking. Walk-in guests (when a seat is available) may pay by cash, credit card, debit card or PayPay. Contactless tap payment is not available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations, rescheduling, and changes that shorten the reserved service or time are not accepted. Prepaid fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A no-show, or arriving 15 minutes late or more, is charged at 100% of the service fee.
Can I change my service on the day?
Time is reserved for exactly the services you booked. For example, if you book both hands and feet, we cannot reduce the service on the day, and the full fee still applies. Add-ons are possible if time allows. Please read the menu and policy before booking.
Where is the salon?
We are inside VORT GINZA residence, #503 on the 5th floor. We are not a street-level shop, so please look for the residence building at 1-15-13 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. At the entrance, enter 503 on the intercom and press the large 呼出 (Call) button at the bottom right. The nearest station is Ginza-itchome (Exit 10), about a 2-minute walk. Ginza, Takaracho, Kyobashi and Higashi-ginza stations are also within walking distance.
What are your hours?
10:00–20:00. Closed on Thursdays. Irregular holidays may apply.
